 Offenders face fines of $200-1,000, up to 90 days in jail, and revocation of hunting license for the remainder of the year plus three consecutive years. Restitution can also be ordered. The restitution is $1,500 for bears and $1,000 for deer and wild turkey.

 

Illegal Use of Artificial Light with Bow & Arrow, Crossbow, or Firearm

 Offenders face fines of $100-500, up to 90 days in jail, and revocation of hunting license for the remainder of the year plus three consecutive years.

 

Carrying a Firearm While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs

 Offenders face a fine of $50 and up to 93 days in jail.

 

Taking or Killing Fish with Explosives, Dynamite, Nitroglycerine, Electricity

 Offenders face a fine of $250 and up to 90 days in jail.

 

Using an Unauthorized Net or buying or selling gamefish

 Offenders face a fine of $250 and up to 90 days in jail.

 

Possession of Sturgeon

 Offenders face fines of $500-2,000 and 30-180 days in jail.

 

Multiple Offenders (If you have three convictions for any of the above within the previous five years)

 Offenders face fines of $500-2,000 and 10-180 days in jail.
