Constitutional Law-- To quote Patrick Henry, "Liberty is the greatest of all earthly blessings." And we must do what we can to protect it and defend it. The Constitution was designed to keep the government in check and not allow them to become too powerful by trampling on our rights. Every citizen is entitled to have their Constitutional rights upheld, especially when accused of a crime. You also have the right to be free of discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
